To delete the Form 1099-R

Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the online program screen

Click on Tools

Click on Delete a form

Search for 1099-R. Use the Jump to 1099-R. You will be taken to your 1099-R Summary screen. From there, use the delete button or trash can icon to delete any unnecessary forms.
