Enter items in box 12 of your W-2 only in box 12 of TurboTax's W-2 form, nowhere else in TurboTax. A 401(k) is not an IRA.

Enter items in box 12 of your W-2 only in box 12 of TurboTax's W-2 form, nowhere else in TurboTax. A 401(k) is not an IRA.
