Turbo Tax is saying I received a withdrawal of an excess traditional IRS contribution from 2023 or a previous year. No IRA before 2023. Why is it telling me this?

That would occur if you had a code "P" in box 7 on your Form 1099-R. You should check that and make sure you enter the form correctly.
