Turbo tax is pulling federal income tax withheld off my 2015 SSA-1099 form instead of off my 2016 SSA-1099 form.

Go back to the Wages & Income section and just EDIT your SSA-1099 to put in the correct values.

TTX doesn't have a way to download, or import SSA-1099 values...you have to put them in yourself..so just go edit the form to fix it.
