You will need to review your brokerage statements for this information.  You can use the monthly dividends paid during each quarter.

It sounds like you are in the section to calculate your estimated payments or withholding.  It's not necessary to calculate the amount for each type of income.  Your income tax liability is determined by your total taxable income for the year.

Your answer is misleading, thus not a solution.  If you look at Vanguard monthly statements they give one amount for Dividends.  They do not break it down into qualified and ordinary dividends.  At this point I can't complete my 2019 taxes because TurboTax throws out multiple errors about the dividends.  You have given an hint of a solution.  If this is really just a 2020 estimated taxes worksheet,  I can just make a wild ass guess and blow this off.
