Ttax rejected Efile because I neglected to report the RMD on my defined benefit pension income. If I plug this field with the amount received, will this cause other issx?

I have been taking flat rate vehicle expense on the same car for 10 years. Ttax wants depreciation method,etc. Use 0 value to avoid future issues?
