TT premier ask the value of all my traditional IRA accounts, saying it can be found in form 5498 but that only showed my Roth account.

TurboTax asked me the value of my traditional IRA that is found on form 5498, but that form only showed my Roth IRA and not the traditional IRA. (Background: I open a simple IRA in 2018 and converted to Roth a few days later. That simple IRA account now only have $0.10 after the conversion)

So should I put 10 cents as the value even though that didn't reflect on the form 5498?

Yes, that would work. The IRS rounds to the nearest dollar so it really won't make a difference.
