TT is saying that I'm ineligible for e-filing my federal return because lines 6, 7, 11a, 11, 12, 15, and 18 all have a zero value. How does this make any sense?

I've had this same situation before in the past with other companies like H&R block, and they didn't have any problem e-filing it for me.

If all of those lines are zero value on your return it means you are not reporting any income, you are not receiving any credits, and you have no refund or balance due.

There is nothing on your return to file.  You must have taxable income in order to e-file a return.  If everything has been entered, you can print and file by mail or double-check your information.
