1) If it's $$ you "received" from your TSP, then the 1099-R form you should get, goes in on the Wages & Income area...in the Retirment income section
2) If it's $$ you contributed to your TSP during the year, then those $$ go in ONLY when you enter your W-2 form. The box 12 entry (code D) shows the contribution amount. You enter that nowhere else (i.e. it is NOT an IRA)
