If 30k is transferred from India to USA do I have to pay tax , the money is already taxed in India with all paper work.

If 30k is transferred from India to USA do I have to pay tax , the money is already taxed in India with all paper work.

Transfers from one bank account to another bank account is not reported on a tax return.  It is not taxable income.
