Follow these steps from our help article, How do I enter tips in TurboTax online? if you have tips listed in box 1, but not in box 7.

You are not seeing this screen after entering your W-2? If you do not see this screen then clear cache and cookies on your web browser. If that does not help then change your web browser to one of these that you are not currently using, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge
