There are two different values in my box 18 and 19 on my w-2 what do i put on my tax return form please?

Are there two different entries (or any entry at all) in box 20?

Have you called your payroll department and asked them why there are two entries in each box?

The answer is often because they have withheld tax for two different localities but it would be good to hear from your employer.
