None of the banks listed are where I received my 1099r from and it does not recognize the link I copied and pasted. How do I enter my Valic 1099r?

Then you do not attempt to download it at all..

...you leave that top box entirely empty.....

...........You go to the bottom-Rt corner of your screen

.....click on "I'll type it in myself" button.

and then proceed to enter it manually using your paper copy of the 1099-R.
