If you are retired and get retirement distributions then you will receive Form 1099-R. This had to be entered in the retirement section:

  1. Click on "Search" on the top right and type “1099-R”
  2. Click on “Jump to 1099-R”
  3. Make sure you select "Financial institution or other provider (1099-R)" and enter the information from your 1099-R

Or use these steps:

  1. Click "Wages & Income" (under Federal) on the left
  2. Scroll down and click "Show more" next to "Retirement Plans and Social Security"
  3. Scroll down and click "Start" next to "IRA, 401(k), Pension Plan (1099-R)
  4. Make sure you select "Financial institution or other provider (1099-R)" and enter the information from your 1099-R

If this doesn't help then please provide more details and we will be happy to assist you.
