If you are in a declared hurricane disaster area and you want to take advantage of the special provisions for retirement accounts, you will need to wait for the forms to be finished.
If you just have general retirement income and don't want to claim any special tax treatment, then I suspect the information goes on the same form as the special hurricane rules and you will still be unable to file. It is the IRS that sets the requirements on what forms can and can't be filed, not Turbotax.
