The SSA-1099 form does not have a box for “Voluntary Federal income tax withheld”.

I have SSA-1099-SM, and it tells me to use the regular SSA-1099, but it does not have a box for “Voluntary Federal income tax withheld?.

The SSA-1099 form does not have a box for “Voluntary Federal income tax withheld”.

There is a box in the program to enter your withholding. See the screenshot below. It is box 6.
