I'm trying to enter my 1099R and it's saying info isn't correct

Box 9a says percentage of total distribution. I put in the number on my 1099 but it says that's invalid

The number on the paper says 0, so that's what I put in and it corrected me and said minimum amount to enter is .01

If your form says zero in the Box 9, then leave it blank. Minimum value is .01-1.0 in decimal format or 1-100 without the decimal.
