The 1099-INT and 1099-DIV sections say they "need review" because I haven't entered a state for line 15 and 13 - my state isn't included in the drop down list to select!

If there was no state withholding on each of those boxes (17 on the 1099-INT, or 15 on the 1099-DIV)....then just make sure each of those boxes on that line are entirely blank (15,16,17 on the 1099-INT, or 13,14,15 on the 1099-DIV)...not even a 0.00 in the withholding box.

That should clear the error
