The $10 Costco credit does not show up on check out....

Apparently other people have had this problem and are being grifted out of the $10 

Is this a Costco or Intuit issue???

Are you using the Online version or the  Desktop program?  Costo only sells the Desktop program.  I always buy from Costco and it works for me.  I get $10 off the state efile fee.  The fee is $25-10 = 15.   How much is it trying to charge you?

No, it is the desktop 

I used last year and it worked fine. 

Now it doesn't show up anywhere
