Telling me that I have an excess ira contribution penalty, but I only contributed $7557? I am able to contribute up to 18k so why is TT telling me I over contributed?

Talked to Fidelity and they said I was not over on contributions for the year.

These are not regular personal IRA contributions. The amounts shown in box 12 of your W-2 are to be entered only on TurboTax's W-2 Form. Do not enter then anywhere else in TurboTax.

I only contributed $4,136 to my HSA, but Turbotax is saying that I have an excess contribution of $2,092. Why is this if the contribution limit for an individual is $4300
