Teachers Retirement System has code 4A in box 7 on 1099R Turbo Tax does not have this code in drop down menu What is it?

There are two boxes to enter the code in box 7 of the Form 1099-R.  Directly below the first box is a second box for the second code.  Enter 4 in the first box and then enter A in the box directly below.
