"something else"  You did not put it in another retirement account (that's not allowed).

To indicate that part of your distribution was a required minimum distribution, please follow these steps:

After the 1099-R entry screen, you will come to a screen, About This Retirement Account.

1. Mark the radio button, Yes, some or all of this withdrawal was an RMD.
2. A section will appear, Tell us how much of the [distribution] was an RMD. Mark the radio button for Part of the distribution....
3. Enter the amount that applies to the RMD.
