Survuvor annuity form I have is CSF 1099R. Box #2 has no numbers it only says UNKNOWN.

What do I do?

Survuvor annuity form I have is CSF 1099R. Box #2 has no numbers it only says UNKNOWN.

If your Form CSF-1099-R has box 2a with the word Unknown then on the TurboTax Form CSF-1099-R leave the box 2a blank (empty)
