State distribution shows up on some of my 1099 R forms. I live in Florida so can I omit these numbers on the income tax form?

Yes

If FL is in box 15 of your paper 1099-R form...leave boxes 14-thru-19 entirely blank in the software's form. No letters, no zero's...just empty/blank
