SSDI Lump sum back pay paid to private LTD insurance that I paid taxes on

I have received SSDI lump sum back pay for 2023. I have to pay this back to a private employer sponsored LTD insurance that I also receive. that is taxed. Do I have to also pay tax on the SSDI back pay? If not what do I do?
