SSA-1099 Part B - enter total addition benefits for 2022? The higher amount?

I'm not quite sure what your question is, but if you're posting the SSA-1099 you would only include the premium deducted from benefits.  If you wrote a check for additional benefits, it will be posted to Deductions & Credits > Medical Expenses.
