You don't change it. It's correct. The Medicare Part B premium is a medical expense. If you have enough other itemized deductions to exceed your standard deduction, the Medicare Part B premium is included in your medical expenses. If you take the standard deduction it doesn't matter that the Medicare premium is a "potential itemized deduction." Any potential itemized deductions won't be shown on your tax return if you take the standard deduction.
If you get reimbursed for it or have self employment income that changes things and the answer will probably be different.
