Social Security Benefit Line item 6b was calculated a $0. IRS disagrees. Is there a problem with TurboTax calculation or with IRS calculation?

After entering the SSA-1099, on the following screen you were asked if you lived in any of the foreign countries listed.  If you select Yes or skipped this screen, your Social Security benefits would not be taxed.

Thank you. I should have listed operator-error as a third option.😀  After reviewing, this was the issue. I probably blew past the "I am a US Citizen" and did not read the rest of the question.  Maybe Intuit can rephrase the question for the future? Thank you again!
