Should my husband get a 1099 form for his SERMA Account, (Sheltered Employee Retirement Medical Account)?

He received a 1095-b and a 1095C, but not a 1099-a.

The Affordable Care Act requires employers to report retiree health coverage to the IRS. If you were enrolled in or had a SERMA balance (the retiree Health Reimbursement Account) in the tax past tax year, you should receive Form 1095 in the mail.
