Should I show $130 MI due if my taxable income is $0?

I am filing for my 17 year old daughter. She owes nothing to federal, but shows $130 due to Michigan. This doesn't seem right.

To clarify, what type of income does she have? W-2? Scholarships? Investments?

What tax was withheld? Only Federal? State and Federal? None?
