5498 forms often come out in May or June. So long as the total you contributed to your IRA accounts didn't exceed the 2018 contributions limit of $5,500 ($6,500 50 or older), your Roth IRA contributions won't impact your taxes whether or not you take the standard deduction or itemize. Just be sure your income didn't exceed the cutoff for making a Roth IRA contribution detailed in IRS publication 590-A
