You will enter it as an investment sale. To do this in TurboTax, follow these steps regardless if you have Form 1099-S. Enter it only in the investment sales section:

• Log in to TurboTax and open your tax return so that the regular menu is seen on the left.
• In the search box, enter investment sales and select the Jump to link in the search results.
