Should I enter the amount I actually recieved for the third stimulus or the amount that is on my IRS account because they are drastically different?

The amount I recieved is less than the amount that is on my IRS account.

Enter what you actually received as a third stimulus payment in TurboTax. TurboTax will show you what you should have received.

You will get the difference as a Recovery Rebate Credit as part of your 2021 refund.

To get to the stimulus section in TurboTax online:

• Type "stimulus" in Search in the upper right
• Click "Jump to stimulus"
• TurboTax will ask whether the amount you are eligible for matches what you got.
• If it doesn't, say NO
• TurboTax will let you enter the actual amount
