So, I did a Roth conversion and have reached the point in Turbotax where they ask if I made a Roth contribution. Should I say yeshere and they'll ask later if it wsa a conversion?

With respect to this deposit to your Roth IRA, answer No.  Nothing about this Roth conversion is to be reported under Deductions & Credits.  You would answer Yes only if you made a separate regular contribution to a Roth IRA.
