Should 20% of Section 199A Dividends on 1099-DIV, Line 5 qualify as a qualified business income deduction on Form 1040, Line 9 if I'm not subject to income limitations?

This is the only qualified business income I have, and I am not subject to income limitations for the deduction.

Yes, they can qualify.  These are REIT (Real Estate Investment Trust) dividends, and, although they are not considered to be "QBI", they do qualify for the Section 199A deduction like the rest of QBI.

Please comment if you do not see the deduction carrying over to line 9.

TurboTax shows a deduction of '0' on Form 1040, Line 9, instead of 20% of the Section 199A Dividends from 1099-DIV, Line 5, entered in the Wages and Income section.
