School District Income tax (SDIT) is separate from and in ADDITION TO school district property tax. If you live in a SD with an income tax, you have to file a SDIT return and pay tax.
To verify or find out if you live in a school district with an income tax enter your address at:

Or Direct to ZIP + 4: https://thefinder.tax.ohio.gov/StreamlineSalesTaxWeb/ZipLookup/LookupByZip.aspx?taxType=taxsummary
