Says I'm ineligible for e-filing because info is missing on Form 1040. We don't have W-2's to report, but TurboTax keeps checking the box that says I do.
I keep clicking the circle that says we have no W-2's to report but upon checking for errors, I'm told that I can't e-file because lines on Form 1040 have zero value. When I go back to check the page where I'm asked about W-2's, TurboTax has switched my answer back to saying I have a W-2 to report. Can't get "NO W-2's TO REPORT" to stay.

If you have no income to report, then you are not eligible to e-file.
