Alaska does not have a personal income tax, just like Florida.

As DoninGA explains, Alaska isn't listed since it does not have a personal income tax.  TurboTax is asking this question to determine how to allocate income on the state tax returns, which should not apply in your case. 

Therefore, please answer "no" to this question -since you didn't earn money in a state that requires a return.
