Roth IRA Distribution

Turbo Tax is adding my distribution as income (line 5b). It was coded as 7 & B (the 1099-R itself is marked as being Taxable amount not determined), it should not be added as income.

What is the 1099R from? IRA goes on 1040 line 4. 401K and pensions go on line 5. Did it also end up on the wrong line?
