Retirement and Military Exclusions - GEORGIA

I see on my GA state taxes that Form 500 Schedule 1 page 2 (retirement income exclusion) and page 3 (military retirement income exclusion) have reported amounts for me and my husband. However, I answered 'NO' to both questions (NO retirement and NO military) in the GA state questionnaire.

How do I fix this on my report? I have been in the questionnaire multiple times saving my answers and still no changes.

Thanks in advance for your prompt response

Georgia automatically excludes retirement income to qualified taxpayers.  Up to $17,500 of military retirement income can be excluded for taxpayers under 62 years of age. An additional $17,500 can be excluded for such taxpayers with more than $17,500 of earned income in Georgia.

On the Georgia Schedule 1, page 3, do you have amounts entered for you and for you spouse on Line 1?
