Yes, if you meet the requirements for the Retirement Savings Contribution Credit (Savers Credit), you can claim it when filing Separately.  

For the Married Filing Separate Filing Status, this credit begins to phase out when your Adjusted Gross Income (AGI) is $28,501 and is completely phased out when your AGI reaches $47,250.

Yes, if you meet the requirements for the Retirement Savings Contribution Credit (Savers Credit), you can claim it when filing Separately.
