Receiving Ohio pension. Moved to Georgia Nov.9, 2016. How much, if any of my pension is exempt? I'm 64.

None of the pension payment would be "exempt" from state tax based on your move to GA in Nov 2106.
If you became a resident of GA in Nov 2016, then your OH-source pension became taxable by GA on that date.
Pensions are taxed by your state of residence, not the the state from which they were "earned". If you change your state of residence during the year, you would allocate the pension payment to OH and GA in accordance with your dates of residence in those states.
