If you are asking that question you are trying to enter your SSA1099 in the wrong place.
Go to Federal> Wages & Income>>Retirement Plans and Social Security (SSA1099 and 1099RRB) to enter your SSA1099.
You do not need to enter a TIN when entering your SSA-1099. Please make sure you are entering it in the correct place in TurboTax. To enter your Social Security benefits reported on form SSA-1099, please follow these steps:
