You could prepare a substitute form 1099-R in TurboTax. However, I recommend that you contact the administrator and inquire about the form... it will be much easier to data enter if you had one... and for matching purposes as well. If the form was issued to you, the IRS has a copy of it.

The payment was received from a foreign entity with no USA EIN. I enter it on a 1099R form but TTax requires an EIN and is not satisfied with a blank input. There is no help for this situation in TTax.
I need to change the answer on my form . I do not have a 1099r. I have a ira distribution
@clemmym - If you had a 2017 IRA distribution then the plan administrator was required by law to sent you a 1099-R not later than Jan 31, 2018. Call them for a replacement copy.
This distribution is from a foreign pension fund. No 1099-R ever provided.

How do I get a copy? I cannot find a way to contact Goodyear retirement or Wingfoot Retirement!
