Received 1099 in my name because my daughter participated in a research study. Am I able to file the 1099-nec under her tax return or do I need to file under mine?

My daughter is 15 and will be filing a tax return as she is employed.

If the 1099-NEC is in your name, you will have to report the income (most likely because it was a study you as parent had to give consent because of her age). You could contact the issuer and request the form be corrected, but it may not be possible, in which case you will have to report the income.
