Form 5329 is Additional taxes on Qualified Plans (including IRAs) and Other Tax-Favored Accounts. Seems unlikely, but perhaps you took some kind of early distribution from a retirement plan?

There are nine different reasons that your tax return might require Form 5329, all of which require upgrading from the Free Edition.

I'm a full-time student at an out-of-state school, and had income in both states. In my home state (PA) return, I listed my residency as part-time but need to amend. How?
