Where in TT are the tax implications of Section 2202-05 of CARES Act?

I cannot find the ability to calculate the tax and penalty implications (deferring and waving, respectively) of taking an early retirement account withdrawal.

TurboTax has not yet implemented Form 8915-E or anything else related to reporting Coronavirus-Related Distributions. The IRS has not yet released this form.

The other 8915 forms are expected 2/18 at the earliest ... so you need to wait a while ...
