Just enter the 1099-R as written in the retirement section then complete the following screens in that section to indicate it was an RMD.
RMD's were waived for 2020. But enter the 1099-R for any 2020 distribution you received here:
Federal > Wages and Income > Retirement.

@SweetieJean Note that the poster said "annuity". Not ALL RMD's were waived. That may or may not require a 2020 RMD. Ask the annuity custodian.
@macuser_22 Good point. I had assumed that the Annuity was a qualified one.

This is what was waived - nothing else.

Then you received 3 Forms 1099-R? If so, you enter each 1099-R separately.
To enter, edit or delete a form 1099-R -
Or enter 1099-r in the Search box located in the upper right of the program screen. Click on Jump to 1099-R
