If you received a distribution from your retirement plan or pension, the pension administrator has a legal obligation to issue a form 1099-R which is sent to you and also to the IRS.
Have you reached out to the pension administration to ask for your form 1099-R? Without that form, you do not have all the information to add your pension distribution to your tax return.
If you have online access to your account at the provider, log on to retrieve your 1099-R for 2019.
