I requested my state of Ohio tax due been direct debited on 4/17…it wasn’t taken out. Nowhere on my Ohio return or in my turbo tax account does it show the info.

I have been on the phone for 2 hours with an “expert” they have no idea where to find the info.  In the past it was included on my form…and it is on my federal form.  Very frustrated as this makes turbo tax unusable if I can’t prove payment was submitted.

Did you check your Filing Instructions page?  it should show your chosen tax payment method and date. Also, it might take a few days for the withdrawal to show up on your account.

To get to all documents:

1. Select Tax Home in the left menu.
2. Scroll down to Your tax returns & documents.
3. Select Add a State (you're not actually adding a state, this opens the return back up)
4. Select Tax Tools on the left and then Print Center and choose the print center
5. Select returns and choose to print just the tax return or to include all worksheets as well.
